It's great to read the updates on everyone's journey for a healthier life.
Tyler, wow, you are the man running that many 5Ks.
Keep up the good work.
Kyle, looking forward to running with you on July 4th in Huntsville.
James, we need to play more hoops at the Hartman's house!
I was doing well and then I let one day go by without workingout and then another and another.
I will get back on the wagon this week in order to train for the Huntsville's 5K.
Everyone, keep up the good work. It's easy to slow down and forget why we are excersizing - better health.
Stay strong, amigos.

4 out of 10 complete
I ran my 4th 5k on Saturday. It was one of the toughest courses I have done. The first half was all uphill and the second half was all downhill; needless to say I am sore. My time was 28:49 which was a lot better than I thought I would do. I am going to continue to run 5k's but I am now going to train for a 10k. Only 6 more 5k races to go to reach my New Years goal. Every body keep up the good work.

GET BACK ON TRACK / STAY ON TRACK
Hello all.
I noticed the Blog had its last post on April 17, 2011.
We need to not forget to keep going. Dont lose momentum.
We don't want to gain all the weight back we have lost.
We don't want to lose all the progress we have made.
Keep going
James
