I just checked
endomondo to see what i have done this month as far as exercise. here is my month of march totals. running 42 miles 7 hours 41 min, i burned 6889
Cal. cross training (
elliptical) 13.57 miles 3 hours 10
Min's 2730
Cal. my total weight as of mar 31st is 211 lbs. I am not loosing weight fast, but i feel like this is the right way for me.
