One of my goals was to get back in shape. Last April I weighed 155 pounds and felt really good about where I was at that time. I weighed myself at the beginning of this year and I was 178 pounds. My goal is to be back at 155 by the time Tara and I take our trip to Cancun in May.

Weight Train and Run 5 times a week
Control my stress eating during school especially around finals
Eat good portions and drink mainly water.
