I am down 5 lbs.
Start weight: 263 lbs
Current weight: 258 lbs
Mainly by changing my eating habits.
I haven't been to the gym in two weeks because of my injured leg.
I should be able workout this coming week.
I am at 258 lbs. I did not workout because of my bum leg, but hope to be in the gym this week.
