back to the gym

My left leg is on the mend - karate injury. I was unable to workout last week, but I hope to hit the gym tomorrow.
I screwed up last week - ate too much and have been drinking soda.
Motivation: my kids and my health.

  1. Here is a few quick ideas for when you cant get to the gym.

    Use the stairs in the house. Run up them 20 times
    50 lunges each leg
    50 Squats using the wall and your own weight
    100 crunches
    25 pushups

    Doing this at least once a day will have you sore the next morning.

    I found that after 2 years of getting up at 430 in the morning 5x a week I could get just as good a work out at home.

    I can even do the above exercises in my office during the day.
